RLS Log is a private, on-device tracker for restless legs syndrome. Log symptoms, meals, supplements, medications, and sleep — then let the app surface the patterns and triggers that matter most to you.

What is RLS Log?

RLS Log helps you find what makes your restless legs better or worse. You log what you ate, what supplements and medications you took, how you slept, and how your legs felt — and the app turns that history into trend lines, contribution heatmaps, and a personalized forecast for the night ahead based on patterns the app finds in your own logs. These are observations of your own data, not clinical recommendations.

It runs entirely on your iPhone. Your data syncs across your own Apple devices through iCloud, and nothing is ever sent to our servers — because there are no servers.

Highlights

  • Symptom logging with severity, sides affected, and free-form notes.
  • Trigger tracking for foods, supplements, medications, caffeine, alcohol, exercise, and sleep.
  • Tonight’s forecast — a personalized prediction based on patterns in your own history.
  • Patterns & insights — heatmaps, streaks, and correlations the app finds for you.
  • Goals — set lab targets you choose with your clinician and track results over time.
  • Apple Health integration for sleep, activity, workouts, and (optionally) clinical lab records.
  • Live Activity & Lock Screen widgets for one-tap logging.
  • Siri & Shortcuts support.
  • iCloud sync across your devices.
  • Optional Home Assistant integration — read-only, off by default. If you self-host Home Assistant, RLS Log can read sensor states like bedroom temperature from your local server to correlate with your sleep and symptoms. The app never writes to Home Assistant and never sends your RLS Log data there.
