When something’s broken, including these details makes it dramatically faster for us to fix:

  • Device — e.g. iPhone 15 Pro.
  • iOS version — Settings → General → About → iOS Version.
  • App version — Settings → About inside the app.
  • What you expected to happen.
  • What actually happened.
  • Steps to reproduce — even rough notes help.
  • Screen recording or screenshot if you can grab one.
